Program Availability & Telehealth Requirements

State availability: Our compounded semaglutide program is currently available only to patients located in California and Georgia. We cannot dispense weight‑loss prescriptions outside of these states.

Consultations are required: Medications are prescribed only after a full clinical evaluation conducted during a real‑time video consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. You will need to show a government‑issued photo ID to verify your identity and provide complete medical history and current medications.

Technology requirements: To complete a telehealth visit you must have a stable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone. Please make sure your device meets these requirements before booking.

Prescription policy: Our clinicians do not prescribe controlled substances. All medications are dispensed through state‑licensed pharmacies, and compounding is performed only when clinically necessary and appropriate. Treatment plans may vary by patient; results are not guaranteed.

Learn More About GLP-1 Treatments

What’s included with my plan? +
Every plan is centered around you. A licensed medical provider reviews your full health profile and designs a personalized treatment plan. If medication is appropriate, they create a dosing schedule that fits your needs and arrange for your medication to be shipped directly to your home through a certified, state-licensed pharmacy. You’ll also have access to 24/7 messaging with your care team, so you have support at every step.
What weight loss treatment options are available to me? +
Licensed providers may consider several FDA-approved prescription treatments for people living with obesity, a high BMI, or weight-related health conditions. These can include medications with active ingredients such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, setmelanotide, phentermine, orlistat, and naltrexone-bupropion. In some situations, other medications — including certain antidepressants — may be prescribed off-label when clinically appropriate.

All treatment decisions are made by licensed providers after a full clinical evaluation and are tailored to your individual needs. Your provider will review your health history and determine whether a prescription medication is a suitable part of your overall plan. Some programs offer access to branded injectable GLP-1 medications, as well as personalized oral medication kits that may contain ingredients like metformin, bupropion, topiramate, vitamin B12, or naltrexone. These oral options are usually taken once daily and may work in different ways to support weight management.
What if I need to cancel? +
You can cancel your treatment plan directly from your online patient portal. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. Keep in mind that canceling your plan in the portal does not automatically stop any active orders that have already been sent to the pharmacy. If your order is still pending, you’ll need to contact the support team so they can review the status and assist you.
How does a GLP-1 compare to other weight loss drugs? +
GLP-1 medications are often considered differently from traditional stimulant-based weight loss drugs. Because they are non-stimulant, they may carry a lower risk of stimulant-related side effects. Unlike medications such as phentermine, GLP-1 therapies may help with weight loss while also helping to improve blood sugar control. The most appropriate option depends on your individual health profile, so it’s important to discuss all available choices with a licensed healthcare provider during your telehealth consultation.
What is compounded medication? +
Compounded medications are customized formulations prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies to better match your specific health needs and personal preferences. These medications can be made in different forms, such as injectables or liquids. This tailored approach lets prescribing doctors adjust strengths and dosing more precisely over time.

All medications you receive access to are prepared in compounding pharmacies that are licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy or in FDA-licensed 503(a) outsourcing facilities. The pharmacy partners used are licensed across all 50 states, hold special accreditations, and go through a thorough vetting process.
Can my provider adjust my medication or dosage if I’m not seeing results? +
Yes. Your licensed medical provider reviews your health history and goals to create a plan that’s individualized for you, and they can adjust the medication type or dosage based on how you’re responding. The care team is available around the clock to answer questions, provide guidance, and help make sure your treatment continues to support your overall health safely.
What are the different GLP-1 options? +
The program offers a broad range of weight-loss solutions, including several GLP-1-based options and formulations. Because each person’s needs and medical history are unique, it’s recommended that you speak directly with a clinical expert, who can help identify which GLP-1 medication or approach may be the best fit for you.
Can I still qualify for treatment if I have existing health conditions? +
Many people considering GLP-1 therapy have other health conditions. That’s why you’re connected with board-certified doctors who review your complete medical history, current medications, and overall health status. Only a licensed healthcare provider can decide if a GLP-1 medication is appropriate and safe for you based on your individual medical profile.
Is a long-term commitment necessary? +
Access to GLP-1-based treatments is typically provided through a subscription model that you can cancel at any time. The aim is to help you build sustainable habits and work toward lasting results with the support of qualified healthcare professionals. Staying consistent with your plan is important for progress, but you retain flexibility to adjust or end your subscription as your needs change.
